Success Fee Based Pricing

Awara is proud to announce its new pricing strategy for recruitment and executive search services. We work with success fees only, and charge no retainers. In practical terms, this means that our customers in Russia pay us success fee only once, when they decide to hire a candidate we have introduced. If no candidates are hired, no fees are to be paid.

This new pricing strategy enables companies to use our services with no strings attached even if they are already working with another recruitment provider. This way, we give more choice to companies and contribute to free competition on the recruitment market.

As a leading social media and Internet recruitment company, we have the largest pool of available candidates in terms of quality, quantity, and speed of candidate placement. Our secret formula is the great amount of applications we receive from active job hunters combined with our direct search approach, which means that we apply headhunting methods to each recruitment assignment.

As a result, it is not important to us whether clients pay us in advance or afterwards, as we are always able to fill any open vacancy.

Guarantee Period

For each recruitment assignment we provide a guarantee period for the candidates. If it doesn’t work out with the candidate, we will find you a new employee free of charge.
